On the final day of 110 above festival, Thomas Headon took to the Old Town Hall stage as the final act of this years festival. Thomas, famously known from Tiktok for his harry styles covers back in lockdown 2020, took on his 9 song set starting off with his song ‘Strawberry Kisses’ which is from his recent EP released earlier this year called ‘Victoria’.
As Thomas played throughout his set, he hopped off the stage to stand on the barrier with the excited fans and asked everyone if they were ok which led to an outburst of cheering.
Once the crowd quieted down, Thomas got everyone's attention by saying ‘Whether you're all the way here, whether you're in the middle, whether you're in the back on the seats, whether you're standing up going ‘whos this guy is he alright?’ I want you to grab someone you're near, give them a hug with their consent, and tell them that you love them and then sing this next bit with me as loud as you can.’ Headon then started singing his tune ‘Butterflies’ which resulted in the whole crowd singing along with him as he made his way back onto the stage.
Headon surprised the crowd of 110 with a Taylor swift cover ‘We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together’. Thomas managed to get everybody in the crowd up dancing whether the people in the crowd knew his original music or if they were just there for Thomas’ performance.
.Thomas gave his crowd a performance with one of his unreleased songs called ‘Georgia’ which he has been teasing his fans on Tiktok with for the previous couple of months. The people who have been begging for Headon to release this song on his platforms already sang along word for word which was such a wholesome moment for Thomas to see how much his music inspires the people who support him.
The 22 year old London lad finished off his set and the whole festival with a fan favorite ‘Urban angel 1999’ which was released as a single back in September 2020, and has never gotten old as it was the perfect way to finish off his incredible set and close such an amazing weekend until next festival season.
